Richard B. Druby

Richard B. Druby has been in private civil practice since 1991 and is a partner of Nestico Druby, P.C. 

Mr. Druby has handled hundreds of civil litigation matters involving construction related litigation for architects, engineers, contractors and homeowners.  He has litigated all types of commercial and business disputes in both state and federal court. He also has considerable experience in appellate advocacy.

Mr. Druby has assisted many landowners in Southwestern and Northeastern Pennsylvania in understanding and protecting their rights when approached by oil and gas companies seeking to lease minerals rights in the Marcellus Shale play. He has negotiated favorable oil and gas lease terms on behalf of clients and has drafted addenda language to protect both the natural resources of the land and the financial interests of the landowner. He has, and continues, to lecture on oil and gas leasing topics.

His family law practice includes divorce, custody, support and adoption as well as premarital planning and premarital agreements. He is trained in Collaborative Law and represents many clients in Collaborative Divorce cases. He served as a Divorce Master in Dauphin County from 2006 through 2013.

Mr. Druby received mediation training through the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").  He is a member of the Dauphin County Mediation panel.

Mr. Druby previously served on the Board of Directors of the Hershey Partnership and the Board of Directors for the Derry Township Community Action Corporation. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Lebanon Community Theater, and the Literacy Council of Lancaster-Lebanon.

He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
